Sometimes history is more alive than we might think. That's what STUKA PILOTS member Ben from Germany found out when he took a trip to the old garage of his uncle Marcus. The name Marcus doesn't sound familiar to you? Well, if not, go to the "hot stuff" section and read the incredible story about the misterious garage in the swiss mountains again. Okay, now you know what I'm talking about. During the 60s Ben's uncle Marcus used to run his own VW business. Besides that he was selling brandnew Volkswagens he also tuned them and built aircooled engines  with parts from companies such as Denzel and Okrasa. He also imported EMPI and DDS stuff from the states. To test his own engines he used a black sedan he had bought new in 1961. Time flies and uncle Marcus decided to sell his VW business and moved to Australia.
A few months ago, Ben went to a family event where he heard the story about this VW selling uncle Marcus from his Grandpa. As a hardcore aircooled enthusiast, he immediately decided to visit the former house of his uncle. The people that were living there could tell him the location of an old barn, where uncle Marcus had stocked his old cars before he left for Australia. Guess what, the black '61 sedan was still there. It just needed a set of new tyres, new brakes, a stereo system and a good lowering job... Well, as life is full of surprises.
